Within the scope of the Ministry of Interior's policy on Combating Substance Addiction, the "Narco Guide and Narco Youth" project was initiated and Artvin Provincial Police Directorate gave a seminar on "Combating Substance Addiction and Cyber Crimes" to raise awareness among Artvin Çoruh University students. In the seminar, information was given on certain issues such as substance addiction, cyber crimes, abuse of innovations in social media and information technologies.
